'Liquidambar - Gumball' is currently unavailable.
A slow growing compact, bushy form or dwarf Liquidamber that grows to only a height of between 2 and 4 metres. It does not form a leader but rather a multi stemmed, globe shaped, rounded top which tapers to a wide base. Following the leaves in spring, mace like fruit clusters are produced. In late autumn its leaves turn beautiful shades of red, orange and yellow. A striking and popular deciduous bushy shrub that grows well in most cool to temperate climates and most soils. It is drought hardy and will withstand swampy or dry sites once established.
